On my dashboard I want to create a pie chart which is grouped by the field "Organisation".
But I can't find "Organisation" in the drop down menu under Statistic Type.
How can I add "Organisation" in this Statistic Type drop down menu ?
Thank you for your help.
Hi @Wattson Helpdesk welcome to the community. At this time, the Organization field is not available for use in dashboards. I found JSDCLOUD-13709 and JSDCLOUD-6383 were opened for Atlassian to add this functionality to JSM Cloud. I would suggest voting for that and watching it for updates. I'm going to do the same as it would be helpful to have that information.
Hope that helps.
Thx!
I have voted for these suggestions.
Fingers crossed this can be implemented soon!
Best regards

Welcome to the community, @Wattson Helpdesk.
I am the product manager of Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards.
Another option would be our app for Jira cloud. It is possible to display statistics for the "Organizations" field, e.g. with the "Quick Pie Chart" gadget.
You can check out Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards without installation on our demo dashboards.
This is how the config would look like.

As mentioned by @Dan Breyen, the Organization field is not supported by the Jira's gadgets.
A possible solution would be to search on Atlassian Marketplace for a plugin that offers gadgets with support for Organization field.
If you consider the idea of using a plugin, our Great Gadgets app offers a Pivot Table & Pivot Chart gadget that allows you to generate all kind of statistics based on this field and display them in form of table or charts of various types (including pie).
