Hi, I am using the "Dashboard" for creating reports but when I use the "Created vs Resolved" chart, the Resolved tickets are not reflected. It is showing Zero.
Could you please assist us on how to properly mark each ticket as "Resolved"?

This gadget looks at the Resolution field of the issues. Even if the issue was moved in a resolved status like Done or Resolved, if it does not have a resolution set, it will not be counted by the gadget. So make sure to set a resolution via workflow transitions or screens when issue is moved in a resolved status.
Also, be aware that there is a better and easier alternative to this Jira gadget, offered by our Great Gadgets plugin, in which this chart is generated by status (instead of the Resolution field).
