DONT HAVE ACCESS TO VIEW OLDER ISSUES

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Me and all the user roles in our service management project do not have access to view older issues in the project.
all of us get notified in the screen "You don't have access to this issue" and
"Make sure the issue exists in this project. If it does, ask a project admin for permission to see the project's issues."

i have searched all around but there was no specific answer.

Can you give a bit more detail?

  • Is this a new behavior or were you never able to view the issues?
  • Are you an Agent or a Customer on the project?
  • Is a Company or Team managed project?
  • How are you approaching the issue? Link in mail? Notifications?
