We are using a SD request email default incoming email like this: support@[project].atlassian.net
the last mont every email request was rejected by DMARC validation check, we try set a white list of accepted domains without success result
we have more SD projects using a custom email domain, works,
this projects were created more than two years ago. only the last mont the projects than use a default atlassian email fails.

You may already read about the suggested work around. At this time, I would recommend you to contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for their further assistance since you mentioned that this your project works before and started failing in last month.
