Customers are added but they didn't get sign up email to complete the registration

Hello all,

We have sent out the sign-up emails, but a group of clients are not receiving the sign-up emails. Their IT has also checked all possible ways and told us they haven't received any of them either.

The first attempt was on Friday 5 August and the repeat was on Monday 8 August.


Where can we see the bounce backs?

How can we solve this problem ourselves?

I am happy for any help on this issue.

Have you checked your outgoing mail settings?

Thanks Dave, for your quick reply.

I checked what you wrote and everything looks good on the mail setting page.

I have already sent out over 900 sign-up emails, but only these 8 people have not received any of my emails. That is why we are a bit lost.
