Do you know how to creat a customer satisfaction survey which occurs regularly and automatically in jira?
After the product has been delivered we would like to ask our customer regularly for his opinion. It should be automated and via jira.
Joseph's answer is the most straightforward answer.
If you don't the built-in survey (it is very limited) then you could instead use Automation so that [Proforma] "Forms" are attached to the ticket, including on the portal, so that the Reporter/Customer can fill out a "survey" form with whatever fields you want on it.
