Customer portal MFA

Hi,

We have a customer who want's MFA to be enabled for customer portal.

Is this possible? if so please can I be pointed to the right documentation.

Also let me know is it possible with out any addons.

Welcome to the community.  For Multi-Factors Auth, you will need to have Atlassian Access (separate subscription) for your site where you can use your own IDP to control who has access to your site.

However, you can setup your JSM project customer permissions setup to control visibility of the JSM project - meaning if it is set to "Restricted", then he/she must be added manually by the project admins to the project in question.  From the Help Center portal UI, he/she will not see the project being listed at all to engage with issue submission process.
