Customer notifications count as automation?

Hi there,

As you know automation rules have a certain number of executions per month, so we are trying to adjust our rules to that number, but I want to know if the default customer notifications also use them and count as one execution?

No, customer notifications do not count towards the automation limit, that limit is only for automations, nothing else.
