Customer never received invitation emails

hello,

 

When I add all 300 users from the registered domain onto our users list, half of the customers did not receive their invitation emails. I tried removed, and re add each of them, no go. I attempted to invite a new email address, no invitation received.

 

Also, when one user email the email support email address, it actually shared with the entire organization. 

 

I appreciate advises here. Thank you
