Customer name from organisation is taking slow to populate in Reporter field in Client Service Proje

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
When the staff / agents are trying to put the Reporter as external customers under organization. Please see screenshot attached. Multiple users and agents are expereincing slowness and sometimes it takes about 5 minutes to load the customer info which is coming from external customer account created with Organisation
This is randomly happening on multiple tickets under CLient Service Project
