Hi,
I am trying to setup email notifications for customers. Basically when a ticket has been commented on within JIRA, I want the customer to be notified and see the comment. It is currently not working.
I have customer notifications turned on for request created, comment added, comment edited, request resolved, and requests reopened.
Is there something else I am missing?
Welcome to the community. Can you provide a bit more details on your statement of "It is currently not working"? Customers are not receiving notification etc.
What you used to setup the notification in JSM? (via Customers notifications or Automation rule etc..)
