Customer and Agent Log in Screen does not take the customized screen .
Whenever we are creating a new Log in for Customer for the Specified Project , it is not taking the customised config from the respective screen scheme .
These screne scheme and customised configuration has been designed from the Administrator profile . But when Log in to the customer portal those are not reflected .
If we log in from the administrator profile and try to create an issue , then the same customisation available inside the issue screen .
Need advise to implement the change .
Customers do not see issue screens, they use the request screens defined by the portals in project settings -> request type -> <request>
