Hi, I'm trying to select the customer service management template for us to be able to leverage and see if this will meet our needs however when I got create the project and select the template I don't have the option to use the template.
I'm an admin and it says at the bottom that the admin is responsible for creating new projects using this template.
Do I need to be doing something different?

Jira projects are available in, what I call, two "customization architectures". These are named Company Managed and Team Managed.
Team Managed projects can be customized within the Project Settings by Administrators of those projects.
Company Managed projects leveerage shared configuration schemes that are managed by Jira Product Administrators.
Most project templates can be used to make a project under either of these customization architectures, but some templates are limited to only one customization architecture.
Projects that will use the Company Managed architecture can be created only by Jira Product Administrators.
The message you see is indicative that the selected template can be used only to create a Company Managed project, and therefore only a Jira Product Administrator can use that template to create a new project. You do not appear to have that level of access to the Jira Service Management product.
