Customer Satisfaction survey - How to adjust customer feedback to only 3 types

I need to change the customer feedback instead of having 5 icon ratings; I need only 3. How to configure that? I have checked the documentation but there is nothing related to how to manage the number of feedback
Any suggestion on how to do so?

I want to make the feedback look like this.

Currently, it is not even possible to change survey labels. Please check this ticket JSDSERVER-4986.

But there are some paid apps in the marketplace

These days you can automate so that [Proforma] "Forms" are attached to the ticket, including on the portal, so that the Reporter/Customer can fill out a "survey" form with whatever fields you want on it.
