In our company managed service desk project, when we make a GET call /rest/servicedeskapi/request, we get back a list of tickets as expected.
For requests that *are not* linked to forms, the RequestFieldValues element includes all values for regular and custom fields that are on the form.
For requests that *are* linked to forms, the RequestFieldValues is empty. Even summary and description values do not show up in the result.
What can we do to populate RequestFieldValues for our tickets linked to forms when using this endpoint?
