Hi, Is it possible to store user-defined variables in the e-mail templates? We have an extra field solution text which we would like to store, but in the notification templates there are only a handful of fixed variables under the item ‘Insert variables’.
Unfortunately this is not possible by built in JSM customer notifications. What you can use as a workaround is automations. You can define notification there like you want.
