Custom fields are unformatted in Issue View

Hey there,

I have a custom field in Jira: "Steps to Reproduce." Its type is Paragraph which supports rich text.

Now I have JSM form with a Steps to Reproduce question that is linked to the aforementioned Jira custom field.

If I format the answer in the portal like so:

And then display this field in the Agent's issue view, it's unformatted:

Why does the formatting get dropped in the issue view?

Hi Owen,

You will need to update the Field Configuration used by the project. Select that field and change the Renderer to Wiki-style.
