Custom Field with Dropdown Dependency for a Request

Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to set up a new custom field where selecting a particular option from the dropdown menu would automatically display additional choices based on that selection. the custom field is needed for a new request from a customer.

You can consider using jira Forms which comes out of the box (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/using-conditional-logic-with-forms-1167693620.html)
