Creating tickets from slack as a customer.

I notice that the default "Browse Project" Permissions are: 

Project Role:

  • Administrators
  • Service Desk Team
  • atlassian-addons-project-access

This would in theory mean that standard users (internal customers) using the Jira Slack integration would not see the project to be able to create a ticket for it). 

I've played around with this but seems the only way would be to add that user group to "Browse Project" permissions, giving them access to the all non security-level locked tickets.

Is there a work around here to allow slack users to submit tickets to the project securely without granting unnecessary permissions?
