Hi there, i've been working with the on call feature, but i'm habing problems when i'm going to create a Sync the issue is that this is happening just when i'm gonna do it in my "PROD" enviroment in my other evironment QA it worked whit no problem.
I have a ticket opened in support but i'm still waiting response :'), i'd like to know if someone here have faced this issue.
psdata: i tried to manage this creating the sync using webhooks but not possible because of my plan :(
Thanks and regards.
Hi @Gerardo Ramos , unfortunately, you cannot use the sync settings in your "PROD" environment. This issue seems to be related to either the project not being correctly configured in "PROD" or a permission issue.
If you have verified the existence of project in "PROD, and double-check the sync configuration, you'll need to resolve it with Jira support, as it might be linked to plan limitations.
Hi @Peter_DevSamurai , let me add more information. I currently have 3 projects
The first one was set up when the project was created in general
The second was a QA environment which was not working
The third is a new QA environment, this environment was created by me and I configured it by separating everything from the original production environment
I clarify that the production environment was the first to be created, looking at the summary this production environment had 4 different keys which is why I am currently seeing the following message "Removing previous projects keys is currently not available for Jira Service Management projects."
Could this be the reason why this error is occurring?
