Created a Board (Using a filter not a project) for Multi-projects, but how do I show the item status

Deleted user June 8, 2022

I created a board using a filter.  It pulls in all items across multiple projects.  I would like the statuses from the other projects to pull into the item on my board and to show on the Sprint in the correct column.

It looks like I can't have statuses that have a workflow in the multi-project board.

Is there a way around this?

Or are there other suggestions on ways to have a board that shows me all of the items in every project and what status they're in?

I want my team to be able to work from one board, viewing items from multiple projects, and the status to update in both the main project board, and this multi-project board when it's changed in either one.

Help!

Hi @[deleted] , so if I get what you are saying you have multiple projects and workflows with different statuses and you wish to have all of the statuses displayed/represented on the board. Is this correct? Can I assume all projects are CMP? You should be able to achieve your goals. Can you explain in detail what you want your board to reflect? If you go to the Column settings under Board settings do you not see all statuses, some in the unmapped category?
