Hi @H-Clinic and welcome to the community!

Is it only you you have this problem, or all there are other users as well?

Did you try doing the same action either on incognito mode, or from another browser?

Did you change anything on the create transition on your workflow, like adding a post function? IF the latter fails, then such errors can appear.

Hello Alex,

I came across exact same issue in JIRA Software suddenly since today morning. I am getting this error message when creating new bugs. I have not created any Post functions (Apart from those which exist by default). Can there be any other reason of getting into this issue?
