Could someone assist me in enabling a Jira Service Management widget?

Hello, can someone help me activate a Jira Service Management widget? I keep getting the following error message: "Validation has failed. This Jira Service Management project has configuration problems and may not work as expected."

Customers are unable to see widgets unless they submit requests without logging in. Learn how to set up a login-free portal via this link. Please try fixing these errors and then enable the widget.

In my opinion, I have all the settings correctly configured. I really don't know what else to do.

I found this ticket JSDCLOUD-5861 where I see that it's necessary to have login-free portal. This requirement about open portal is also described in the Atlassian documentation here. Please check this settings with your instance: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/set-up-an-open-portal/.
