Hello @Miguel González

It is possible for you to import CSV files to Jira if you are the admin of your instance.

The steps can be found in the documentation below:
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-data-from-a-csv-file/

Another option would be to use third-party plugins available in the Atlassian Marketplace.
