Hi, I am using the Jira Service Management and Jira.
I am having an issue in Jira Service Management while assigning queues coming from clients, into the current sprint where I am working on in Jira.
Even though I chose the current sprint to display it on the current sprint's backlog/board, it is not going through the Backlog / Board in Jira.
Can you help me to solve the issue?? Thank you.

You may want to check your board filter configured and verify if this issue meets all the conditions on the filter. If not, this issue will not show up on the board.
Another thing to check is the column mappings. If this issue is on a status that is not being mapped on the boards columns, then this will not show up.

1. Go to the board setting
2. Check the filter in the General configuration page
3. Then go to Column settings and check if the status of the missing issue is mapped to a column on the board. If the status is unmapped, then you will have to map this to resolve the issue
