Configure jira SM Cloud behind a HAProxy

I need to show the customer my company address and not the atlassian cloud address using HAproxy.

eg. www.mycompany.com/support ---> mycompany.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/......

Has anyone already done this and can you show me the configuration?

Welcome to the Community.

Jira Cloud will not work behind a simple proxy like that.  Not properly anyway.   All your integrations will be using the Cloud url.  All communications with it will not use your proxy (emails etc, will refer to the Cloud, not your proxy).  Gadgets and reports will fail in interesting ways.  People landing on your proxy will quickly find themselves redirected on to the Cloud url.
