Hola tengo una consulta para la comunidad!
Administro un proyecto en el cual configuré que, cuando el agente complete un campo personalizado, se cree, dentro del mismo proyecto, una nueva solicitud, la cual no está visible desde el portal de usuarios. La misma se crea mediante automatización con la acción de Clonar, para que pueda copiar, de la solicitud que la genera, tanto el informador como el responsable. Lo que necesito saber es si hay alguna manera de que mediante comentarios los agentes puedan comunicarse con los informadores, ya que haciendo pruebas me doy cuenta que no le llegan los comentarios al informador y no logro identificar si eso sucede por no estar la solicitud en el portal o por alguna otra razón.

Hello, I have a question for the community!
I manage a project in which I configured that, when the agent completes a custom field, a new request is created within the same project, which is not visible from the user portal.
