strangely enough, when I filter for open tickets, closed tickets are also displayed. “Closed” ‘Done’ and ‘Completed’ are also displayed there. The statuses all have a screen called “Ressolve Isscue Screen”. So why are they still marked as open? I recently edited the workflow where “Closed” and “Done” appear, is that why the error occurs?
Check if the resolution is set for those issues.

Do all the issues have a resolution set, JQL all your issues and add the column Resolution to the results.
