I want to create queues which are client specific e.g. any ticket raised, I can triage to the client name and then it'll show in that queue.
Is this possible? If so, please could you let me know how to create this?

You could play the organizations fields in the filter to show only issue from this org ( client). You just need to make sure that the organization is automaticallt put in each request
