Hi dear community,
I have a question regarding JIRA Service desk.
We are using this parameter in the Service Desk Customer Automation Templates
the line is: <

In dieser Korrespondenz enthaltene Teilnehmer: / Participants included in this correspondence:<br>
${request.sharedwith}.</p>
When I have an actual ticket it looks like this.
In dieser Korrespondenz enthaltene Teilnehmer: / Participants included in this correspondence:
0020 - Sonstige und magdalena.pentek.
So far the ${request.sharedwith} field is filled with the organisation name (0020 - Sonstige) and the participants ( magdalena.pentek).
Is there any way I can change the information in this parameter?
So for example, could it be filled with the participants' email addresses instead of only the name? Can I delete the organisation part?
