My company is using the Jira Service Management 4.15.0.
The license holder's email address is not accessible anymore.
As a jira admin, is there any way for me to change the email address that corresponds to the SEN?

The only way for you to change the account owner of your site would be to reactivate the email address of the current account owner and follow the steps of the documentation below:
Transfer JIRA or Confluence Account Ownership to Another User
If it's not possible to reactivate the email address of the current account owner, the only possible way to change the account owner would be by contacting our customer advocates team at the link below:

It is not possible to reactivate the email address of the current account owner, so I will have to follow the second solution you suggested.
