Change filter of "View open Tickets" in Organizations in Channels&People

Question: Is it possible to change/configure the standard filter behind the "View open" link, when I search for an Organization in the Customers function (see screenshot)

At the moment the JQL starts with reporter in organizationMembers("Organizationxyz")
I would change it to Organizations = "Organizationxyz"

my problem:
I have customers that work for different organizations and it's too big of an effort to add the customers to the different organizations. 
When I search for open tickets I find only part of the tickets for a specific organization
