When i go to Customers tab in Jira servicedesk,
I get the view where it shows tickets where ( " Reporter in Organizations")
I need to change the filter, any possibilities.
the filter i get is as below, any chance to change the filter.
Do you want to change a filter under the "x open / x closed" links? They are hard-coded in Jira, so it's impossible to do. When you click on these links, you are redirected to the Issue Navigator (as you show on the screen). You can modify this searching and save as your new filter.
