Cannot see the group in stop sown menu

Hi, I am an admin in my Jira

I created several groups to assign for issue security levels. I also added myself to each one of the groups.

And when I go to the security level, I don't see my groups in drop-down menu
All that groups have access to products.

I also couldn't add them to permission schemes

Getting clarification. If you can, please share screen shot of your configuration. Is each group essentially a security level? or are you putting certain number of groups per security level. 

 

What do you see in the drop down menu?

What exactly did you want to add to the permission scheme? If a group is created in the user management, should be able to add it to permissions.
