Can you nest sections in forms?

I am attempting to refine my custom new employee onboarding form. Based on a conversation I had when demonstrating the form with someone from HR, I am trying to make it so departmental specific portions of the form are hidden until the form goes to the approver who will select an option on a radio button that will then reveal the options for system specific options. However, I have those options hidden in other sections controlled by radio buttons as well. It appears this functionality doesn't work as I've constructed it so I'm wondering if it is possible.

Basically, I want selecting "I will select the specific requirements" to reveal the rest of the form which also has other sections controlled by radio buttons. I realize that every section has "Section End" and "Section Start" so I can't do it via sections. Is it possible?

I answered my own question. I changed each subsection to be controlled by checkboxes instead of radio buttons. I also changed it so the form remains open for edits so an approving manager would get emailed via automation when the ticket it created so they could come in and specify the things the new employee needs. Now the form hides everything except the basic employee details unless otherwise selected.
