We have a client who wants to connect the Jira software on Prem, to their Jira Service Management cloud product, so that from Change management in cloud, they can look at the releases in Jira?

They do use GitLab, but is there a connection between GitLab and JSM?

The short answer is Yes.  You can connect JSM cloud with Jira on-prem.

The longer answer is also yes, but you added a twist by asking about GitLab, there are a number of ways to connect GitLab and Jira.

Thanks Shawn,

My further research has resulted in the use on Application tunnel to connect Jira On-Prem and JSM Cloud, and that Git-lab does not talk to JSM, but it does to Jira.
