Can we provide a service link to outside customers?

Alison O_Brien August 31, 2021

We are a small company that want to start a service/support desk. If we provide the link to our service desk, and a customer uses it to open an issue, will that customer be able to see our other jira projects? I am asking if anyone outside our domain can see our domain projects.?

Thanks

@Alison O_Brien -

For your JSM project(s) from your portal, you can also use the following Customer Permission setup to even control who (customers) can access each project individually.

Hope this helps.

The short answer is no, your external customers will not see your other projects, unless you also give them a Jira license on your instance.

The link you should give to your customers is the link to your portal, and you can control which JSM projects they have access to. Projects that are not JSM projects are not visible via the portal.
