I am writing to report a bug in Jira Service Desk.
Short Description: "You don't have permission to transition this issue" displays when the Transition Issue permission is restricted to Current Assignee.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set the Transition Issue permission only to Project Role, Current Assignee, and Service Desk Customer - Portal Access. (Screenshot).
2. Locate an unassigned ticket that is Waiting for support.
3. Set yourself as the assignee.
4. Click on Waiting for support.
Expected behavior: The appropriate issue transitions display.
Observed behavior: "You don't have permission to transition this issue" displays, and the appropriate issue transitions do not display.
Work around: If the page is refreshed in Chrome, then the issue transitions display and work appropriately.
