Dear, when we try to submit a request, an error pops up. After browsing topics in the community, we realize it has something to do with the Captcha and the China Great Wall.
Can anyone help to remove the Captcha from our instance? Thanks!

Welcome to the community.
At the moment, it's not possible to enable or disable Captcha for customer portals on the Cloud version of Jira Service Management. This was confirmed on another community post by @Angélica Luz.
There is an open feature request for this if you would like to vote and/or watch to receive updates regarding the feature:
I also noticed a comment by a user that seemed to have the same issue you might possibly be having based on your post. They said “This option would be nice for us, as we have a lot of users located in China. For now this flag can only be deactivated by submitting a request to Atlassian support”
