Hello, we have a legacy automation that sends out a comment to the reporter of a service desk ticket, but it does not include a hyperlink to access the ticket. Below is the message sent to the reporter. Is there a way to add a hyperlink back to the ticket within the message?
Message sent to reporter:
Hi there, we haven't heard from you in a while. If you would like to keep this request open or if you have additional information, Please update the ticket.
