Buenos días, ¿Alguien podría ayudarme? Necesito hacer que un campo sea obligatorio dentro de la vista de la incidencia y no sé cómo hacerlo. ¡Gracias de antemano!

@Dave Rosenlund _Trundl_ Buenos dias, por lo que puedo observar sos leader y deduzco que tienes mucho conocimiento en jira al contrario de mi que soy nuevo y estoy lleno de dudas! Queria saber si te molesta y podemos hacer una meet por ejemplo para que me ayudes y poder tener una conversacion un poco mas fluida!

Unfortunately, I am not able to do that, Lucas. The community is a peer network predominantly made up of Atlassian customers like you (and me). I volunteer a small amount of time each day to help out here where/when I can, but like you, I must focus most of my day on my "real job." 😊

No pasa nada! De todos modos muchas gracias igual!

Estoy intentando hacer que el campo "categoria cierre" sea obligatorio pero creo que si es predeterminado no me va a dejar hacerlo obligatorio

Para que sea obligatorio lo tenes que poner en el formulario de solicitud. Ahora esta en la vista de la incidencia y no te deja.

Si tu "use case" es hacerlo mandatorio despues de la creación, tenés que usar "Field Configurations".  Este video te lo describe: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3Lb1T4liGw

Me encantaria si esta dentro de tus posibilidades por ejemplo hacer una meet :)
