Calculate # of tickets closed per hour

Felemon Belay June 1, 2021

I manage a team of subject matter experts that take questions by tickets.  I want to calculate how many tickets they close per hour in a Jira report.  I will use this for their performance evaluations.

Hello Felemon,

Jira Service management does have some default reporting which will allow for you to see the overall health of a project and even breakdown of resolved issues per person. There are also options to monitor created vs closed as well to monitor the volumes. Here are the references on what's already available:

Now, since you're wanting very detailed to the hour reporting, it might be worthwhile to explore options within the Atlassian Marketplace. Here is a preset search for reporting apps for Jira Service Management: Atlassian Marketplace | Jira Service Management Cloud | Reporting. These options might enable you to go further into more detailed reporting that you might be looking for.

Regards,
Stephen Sifers
