We have recently migrated over from JIRA server to JIRA cloud, and an import from CSV function that we used to build tickets with now no longer works as the descriptions get all messed up.

Here is an example of what we are trying to import from the CSV file:

h2. PM Complete:
|Client Name| |
|URL| |
|Console Group Name: (also note if not on Shared)| |
|Project Type/Description|Template|
|Are tempaltes required to be E2E?|Yes/No|
|Master site cloned from?| |
|Vehicle Listing and Details|DR2 / Non-DR2 / Other: Please specify|
|Service booking widget required & setup?|Yes/No|
|Logo provided? (attach)|Yes/No|
|Featured CMS required & setup?|Yes/No|
|Reviews Setup?(e.g. Google Reviews Configured, Trust Pilot code snippet provided)|Yes/No|
|Colour scheme to be updated?| - Primary #
- Secondary #
- Tertiary #|
|*{color:#de350b}PM NOTE (Existing migrations only){color}*|If template update, re-queue ticket to PS for image upload once styling is complete and template applied.|
h2. CSS
|Apply styling, client logo/colour scheme and complete Template checklist| |
|If Finance Partner stated above; Apply the relevant assets from [|] for the above finance provider
- Apply TrustPilot from Tag Management, if required
- Apply relevant footer container
- Stock details - apply 'finance provided by' and relevant logo
- If Zuto, set correct dealer application URL.- N/A| |

however, when the import process completes, the description is just an exact replica, rather than creating tables etc.

Can anyone help me?
