CSV Import - Epic with Link to Task with Sub-Tasks

Hi, All

Using Team-Managed Projects ( we only use Team Managed)

I have a csv prepared as below, I have been searching the Forums and resources trying to find a solution.

We have

Site Name - Epic
Administrative Tasks - Task

On-Site Functions - Story

Sub-Task - Sub-Task

Now when attempted with Epic as Line 1 with IssueID 1 and the Parent field where the Issue-key is currently filled with the Epic Issue ID 1 it throws up an error when linking only to the Epic, the Sub-tasks link perfectly to the tasks, but no matter what I do from the Parent ID or supplying a logged EPIC Issue-key that linkage to the epic does not seem to work

Can some please advise what is happening here? and how I can solve for this

We are hoping to have the Epics created and with the import, but worst case we create the Epics and do the auto linking, both seem non-viable.

Hello @Kameel Naidoo

According to this unresolved issue, it is not possible to link an issue to an Epic through a CSV import for a Team Managed project.
