We recently adopted JSM to replace Zoho desk as primary helpdesk solution.
Surprised to see we cannot import our zoho desk customers (Organization in JSM) in bulk.
ITs 400+ and creating them manually isn't good approach.
Supporting Article mentions we can import data for already created organizations but not create them in bulk.
Anyone please suggest way to import them.
