Hi all
I have an issue related with the notification of the assignation of an assignee in an issue. I need that the assignee is notified whenever it is assigned the case. It works for me when I do it 1 by 1. However, when I do a bulk change to assign several cases to the same analyst (assignee), the assignee does not get any email at all.
What can I do?
I've already set the notification scheme that is Issue Assigned > Current Assignee, but for some reason it does not work in bulk. By the way, it does not send the email notification either when I click in the bulk change in the tickbox send an email.
