In JIRA software we added 2 projects ,currently there are two projects added in jira
when client raising a bug through email the bug has to be raised in specific project how to configure that,
lets assume 2 project whatsapp and messanger
whats app client raised an issue through email to the company mail which was configured to JIRA account
if whats app client raised a bug via email it have to raised in whats app project
if messanger client raised a bug via same email which was configured to jira account the bug have to raised in messanger project.
how to configure this setting...
please help me with this
