I created a Jira Service Management project which had 12 members(Admins and agents) in our Free Plan. I have reduced it to 7 members now but I still see in our billing UI that there are 12 agents and we would be charged $210 after 14 days and $252/month after 1.5 months from now. Is the billing not updated yet and can someone explain to me how these costs have been calculated ?
