Backlog Custom Filter Issue

Whenever I apply a custom filter to my backlog it won't let me select or click into tickets from the backlog page. When I try to un-do the filter it spins infinitely and I eventually have to refresh my page. I tried clearing cache, multiple browsers, uninstalling browser extensions, etc. Non-custom filters don't appear impacted.
