Automation: ticket status set to Resolved but Resolution remains unresolved

Hello! I have an automation set to close the parent ticket once all of the linked issues are completed (moved to Resolved status). However, I've noticed that the closed parent tickets actually remain unresolved and I can't change the resolution manually.

I had no luck changing it with automation either.

Could you please help me out here? 🙏

You have to create self a transition and place there a Post Function, with which you will set the resolution to Done.

Then bulk change these parent issues and transition them to that new transition.
